This is a great starting point from which to come up with your own breakfast sausage recipe – no one flavour dominates so it finds favour with everyone.

  1. Measure seasoning into a bowl, making sure spices are in fine particles
  2. Blend seasoning mix into the ground pork
  3. Form into patties – between 1/2″ and 3/4″ thick and fry up
