Fresh Breakfast Sausage
This is a great starting point from which to come up with your own breakfast sausage recipe – no one flavour dominates so it finds favour with everyone.
Ingredients

ground pork

tsp
sea salt
1
tsp
dried parsley
1/2
tsp
dried rubbed sage
1/2
tsp
ground black pepper
1/4
tsp
dried thyme
1/4
tsp
corriander
Instructions
Measure seasoning into a bowl, making sure spices are in fine particles
Blend seasoning mix into the ground pork
Form into patties – between 1/2″ and 3/4″ thick and fry up
