Blend the dry ingredients (whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and ground cinnamon) together
Form a depression in the center of the dry ingredients and add the softened butter, molasses, milk and vanilla into this depression. Incorporate the dry and wet ingredients until blended.
Take half of the mix and place it on a silicon baking sheet. Place another baking sheet over the mix and roll it out to 1/8″ thick. Gently peel back the top baking sheet.
Score the flattened dough to form the crackers and use a fork to prick a few holes in each of the squares.
Into an oven preheated to 350F put the crackers in for between 10 to 15 minutes until nicely browned and crisped
