Campfire Cinnamon Buns
Ingredients
two or three
handfulls
whole wheat flour
one
pinch
salt
one
spoon
sugar
one
bit of
yeast
enough
water
to make a sticky dough
sugar and cinnamon
to cover dough before rolling
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients save for the cinnamon and sugar. Add enough water to make a sticky dough and then mix and do a rough kneed.
Let rise for several hours – or overnight in a warm place
Punch down and press out chunks of the dough. then sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon. roll up and let rise until roughly doubled in bulk
Bake in a medium low heat fry pan. flip the buns periodically to cook through as you would if preparing english muffins.
