Campfire Cinnamon Buns

  1. Combine all the ingredients save for the cinnamon and sugar. Add enough water to make a sticky dough and then mix and do a rough kneed.
  2. Let rise for several hours – or overnight in a warm place
  3. Punch down and press out chunks of the dough. then sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon. roll up and let rise until roughly doubled in bulk
  4. Bake in a medium low heat fry pan. flip the buns periodically to cook through as you would if preparing english muffins.
